$30 million Binance hack funds moved by Arbitrum council without hacker key

A committee comprising twelve individuals made a temporary alteration to a fundamental contract within Arbitrum, enabling expenditure from an address for which the group possessed no private key, before subsequently restoring the original code. This action marks the second such occurrence this year.
