Binance credits ASMLB holders with $1.79 per share dividend in extra tokens

Instead, holders received it as additional ASMLB tokens. Binance unveiled the dividend arrangement on October 23, 2026.

It covered two of its tokenized bStocks: ASMLB, tied to ASML, and NOKB, tied to Nokia Corporation. Rather than passing along cash dividends, the exchange said it would reinvest the net proceeds into more tokens.

Eligible holders end up with a larger stack of ASMLB or NOKB instead of a USDT deposit. To determine who qualified, Binance set an eligibility snapshot for October 27, 2026, at 00:00 UTC.

Whatever you held at that moment was what counted. Ahead of the snapshot, conversions, deposits, and withdrawals for ASMLB and NOKB were suspended at 23:30 UTC on October 26, 2026.

That half-hour buffer let the exchange freeze the moving parts before taking its count. Pairs such as ASMLB/USDT stayed open through the pause, so anyone wanting to buy or sell could still do so on the exchange.

For tokens held on-chain, the reinvestment is handled through a multiplier mechanism. In plain terms, each holder's balance gets scaled up by a factor that reflects the net dividend, rather than new tokens being airdropped one transfer at a time.
